The Deal Company presents 2311 Canal Street, a reimagining of the original mid-century Anson Jones Elementary School building, positioned at the corner of Canal and Navigation, gateway to East River and HEB’s recently announced acquisition. More than 26,000 square feet of ground-level retail and 30,000 square feet of loft-style office space are planned, while preserving the building’s mid-century character.
